CARE Suffolk
Community Alliance for a Rural Environment
Do you CARE about the open green landscapes in your local rural environment,
the strong countryside communities, and the rural lifestyle?
Do you CARE about protecting your local rural environment and building a stronger community?
CARE Suffolk is a group of residents – spanning villages of Flowton, Burstall, Bramford Tye, Bramford, Somersham, and Elmsett – who all care about this local rural environment and lifestyle.
We believe that by keeping the countryside as countryside, and by maintaining the tranquil and beautiful public walks that surround these villages, that we can all enjoy the physical and mental health benefits that come with being in such a special and valuable landscape area.
CARE Suffolk will be organising social and recreational activities in the villages, with longer term goals of organising educational activities that teach about wildlife, farming, and conservation in the area, and campaigning to protect the rural environment and landscape from unsuitable developments that would significantly impact those goals.
